I am excited to debut a lovely and talented new touring band as well: (it's so nice to finally have company on the road!) All good friends, good people, good vibes.
Carter Tanton of the killer boston band Tulsa (myspace. com/tulsamusic) on electric guitar and harmony vocals. (everyone check out Tulsa).
Ben McConnell ( on drums, percussion, chimes, melodica, and harmony vox. Other projects include Beach House, Phosphorescent, White Magic, Aurvoir Simone, etc.

Jonas Haskins (on bass, harmony vox: formerly the bassist of the drone metal band Earth. plays with Sera Cahoon and also with me, and also in Lohums.

Me: 12 string, 6 string, banjo, harmonica, vocals
I will play be playing the US Handsome family dates as a duo with Carter and after Chicago I drive alone solo. The Highline Ballroom and Lizard Lounge shows in Boston are with band. Everyone check out the Handsome Family! All Europe dates are with full band. I will play some songs at the beginning of each set solo as well as bringing back my favorite instrument to play, the five string banjo, for songs that I have been writing recently.
